Under prescription of the Organic Law 5/1999 of December 13 for Users Data Protection, the information submitted by Users will be incorporated into the correspondent database, of which Vertix, S.A. will be the responsible and authorized to use for control and record purposes.

The User warrants and represents that all personal data provided to Vertix, SA is real and accurate, the User is liable for communicating any modification to the personal data inserted. Vertix SA reserves its right to exclude from the subscribed services offered in the Website Users that have provided false or erroneous data.

The personal data will be collected exclusively with the above-mentioned purposes with the aim to make maintenance of the relation established with Vertix SA.

In accordance to Royal decree 994/1999 of June 11 the personal data files are subjected to the legally required security measures to keep Users data strictly confidential and complete, avoiding their alteration and guaranteeing their security, as well as to impede the access of any third party to this collected data.
