Vertix SA is not liable for an inappropriate use of the contents of the Website and reserves the right to update, modify or remove the information contained on the Website in any time, without prior notice, and shall be exonerated from any liability that could stem from the above-mentioned change.

2-Particular conditions

The information about prices, qualities and planes of the real estate developments on this web site, are general budgets for planning purposes, not an offer binding on Vertix SA and not even a document of contractual nature.

In accordance to law 515/1989 of April 21 about protection of the consumers as for information to provide during the buying, selling and lease of housings process, and the Law of Housing 28/2007 of November 28, the whole documentation relative to different real state developments will be at the disposal of the Users in the delegations of Vertix SA.

Vertix SA accepts no liability for any type of information that is not contained on its website and therefore, not created by Vertix SA, or not published under its name. Likewise accepts no liability for the information contained on third websites that may be able to realize connections to Vertix SA website from linkage or links.

To insert linkages into the website of Vertix SA, the express prior and written authorization will be necessary.

3-Privacy Policy

In accordance to the stipulated in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, of Data Protection, and the regulation that develops it, the personal data collected will be incorporated in a database registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These files are going to be managed by Vertix SA, not transferring the data to any third party.

Vertix SA as liable for the management and treatment of such database, has created its own security regulation according to the stipulated for the Regulation 994/1999 of security measures of automated files, to guarantee the absolute confidentiality in the registration and treatment of the personal information, monitoring the maintenance of the secret of the information and impede the access of not authorized third party. The transference of the above mentioned information, will be possible among the companies of Grupo Inmobiliario Vertix, SA, yet only for the stated purposes to legitimize others related to the functions of grantor and grantee.

The purpose of the users data processing is to allow Vertix, SA to properly and exclusively responding to data requests commercial pursuit, statistical purpose, in order provide the user with advertising information about activities, products, services, special offers or future developments.

The Users are entitled to exercise all their rights of access, modification, objection and cancellation regarding their personal data collected, subscribed in the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, of data protection.
